Farm Fresh Secures Premier Volleyball League Quarterfinal Spot with Straight-Set Win Over Capital1

In an impressive display at the Dasmarinas Arena in Cavite, Farm Fresh dominated Capital1 with a straight-sets win of 25-20, 25-15, 25-21, securing their place in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) on Tour quarterfinals. The Filipino-American setter Alohi Robins-Hardy emerged as the vital playmaker, delivering 15 precise sets and contributing five points to guide her team to its first playoff appearance since joining the professional league two years ago.

Robins-Hardy credited her teammates for the success, stating, "It's just my teammates, I have confidence in them. I tried my best to provide them with a good balance, and they did what they do best, which is scoring points."

Farm Fresh will face the strong Creamline squad in a highly anticipated knockout match scheduled for next week at the PhilSports Arena. The Foxies' offense thrived under Robins-Hardy's leadership, with Trisha Tubu leading the scoring with 15 points. Supporting contributions came from Caitlin Viray and Lorene Toring, each scoring 11 points, while Jolina dela Cruz added 10 points.

On the other hand, Capital1 struggled throughout the match and ended their pre-season run without a single win in six games, failing to pose significant challenges against Farm Fresh's sustained attack.

This victory marks a significant milestone for Farm Fresh, highlighting their steady progress and competitive drive in the PVL as they gear up for the next challenging round.
